1. Introduction

Smart Status Saver is an offline utility that helps you save statuses from your chat app to your device. We do not collect personal data and do not require an account. Optional features (such as auto-save and notifications) use only your device storage and run locally.

2. Data we collect

We do not collect personal data such as name, email, phone number, or location. Content you save (images and videos) stays on your device. If you enable auto-save or notifications, the app reads status files from your device storage only to copy them to your chosen folder; we do not upload that content to our servers.

3. Device storage

The app needs access to device storage so you can browse and save statuses. We only access files you choose to save. We do not upload your files to the cloud.

4. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may use identifiers and device data to serve ads. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change ad personalization in your device or Google settings. For more information, see Google’s Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party services

The only third-party service we use for data is Google AdMob for ads. We do not share your personal data with other third parties.

6. Children

Our app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us so we can remove it.

7. Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy in the app and on this page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
